Thailand Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (Public Organization) or T-OSH (Public Organization) plays a role as a research center applying researches from higher education institutions in order to prevent and solve safety, occupational health and working environment problems as the following operating framework

• Provide research services to diagnose problems and give recommendations for improvement in safety, occupational health and working environment
  
• Support the use of research results for the benefit of safety, occupational health and working environment
  
• Encourage research to be suitably used in consideration of improvement of laws, standards, regulations, requirements and working procedures
